Cruises on the Vistula River in Krakow

These cruises give great opportunities to explore Krakow from completely different perspective. Cruises start from the landing-place “Cape Verde” in the centre of the city.
You will find 3 options for such cruises below:
1)Panorama of Krakow
We will meet with you in the landing-place of “Cape Verde” which is located at the feet of the Royal Wawel Castle, close to the Debnicki Bridge. You will board on the gondola and set off for a remarkable cruise. You will go toward the nunnery of Norbertanki convent (12th century) and pass the church of Saint Salvatore (12th century). You will see the Hill of Saint Bronislawa and the Kosciuszko Mound.
On your way back you will impressed by views over the Wawel Hill, the church of Archangel Michael and the Bishop Stanislaus on the Rock (11th century). You will admire a fantastic panorama of the historic Old Town which is complemented with modern architecture, such as the Museum of Japan Art and Technique - Manggha.

2)Krakow – Bielany
Krakow-Bielany cruise is the extended version of the cruise Panorama of Krakow. You will start the gondola trip at the landing-place “Cape Verde” and go toward the nunnery of Norbertanki and then you will head further to Bielany. Bielany is an interesting place where the monastery of Cameldolite monks is located. You will admire impressive views of the Vistula landscape and suburbs of Krakow. I will also see the Castle in Przegorzaly built in the 20th century, picturesquely situated on the edge of the Wolski Forest. Then, you will impresseb by the Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary, the monastery of Camaldolese (17th century) and their hermit houses, located on the top of the Silver Mountain.

3)Krakow – Tyniec
This cruise is an extended version of the second option Krakow-Bielany. You will go further behind the monastery of Camaldolese in Bielany and go toward Tyniec. Tyniec is a historical place where the 11th – century Benedictine monastery is located on the limestone rock. You will stop there for a while to admire the church of Saints Peter and Paul, convent buildings, and relax in a café which serves Benedictine delicacies. On you way you will pass the Kosciuszko-lock and the sport centre with mountain kayak racetrack.
This private cruise lasts 4 hours and includes 1 hour stop at Tyniec.
